Tocev has been established in 1994 for providing educational opportunities and give material – moral support to the children during for education,at all educationonal levels ,who are deprived of training due to the economical in capacity of their family and this obliged to earn their living . Tocev activities are admimistered by 3 separete organ. They are ;

BOARD OF DIRECTOR: is responsible in coordination of all activities of the foundation and reviewing the progress reports. It also examines the application of the families tocev and forwards them to the other committes for due actions.

WOMEN COMMITTEE: is formed by 10 chairs represented by the women to undertake responsibilities in nominating the children accepting the donations in terms of clothing and provisions ,organizing the social activities to rise donation and revenues to the foundation .

YOUTH COMMITTEE: is formed by 25 chairs represented by those who are between 18 to 35 years old. Mostly university student to undertake organizing medical examination of the children (Laborotory analyses like blood ,urinery and the x-ray images etc. and providing dental treatment participating in the social activities among children (cinema,theater,sport,cultural excursion) finding in the solution of the children ‘s school ,family,etc. problems and organizing varios activities to rise donations and revenue for the foundation.

TOCEV Moral Support :
It has been continuing with its volunteer workers. The needs that has been received by TOCEV officials convey to the children and there is no Money aid give directly them.

Our Way of Work as TOCEV :
The examining of applications according to the society criterions and as per the priority accepted to the society.
The meeting of all the needs of the whole children who acceptedd to the society from primary school to university.
